Waddle Wars browser privacy
Publisher: Ninja Consulting LLC. Effective October 5, 2026. This notice covers the browser game and optional browser-account sign-in. The mobile launch privacy policy covers the separate free iOS and Android edition.
Optional account sign-in
You can begin core play without signing in. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, profile picture, and email address with our authentication provider, Clerk, to create or access your Waddle Wars account. Clerk processes account and session identifiers, sign-in state, and security information needed to operate and protect sign-in. Google and Clerk apply their own privacy practices to their services.
Game and website data
When account-linked features are available and you use them, our Cloudflare-hosted service may store your account identifier with game saves, leaderboard scores, and a profile name you choose. Public leaderboard entries use your chosen game profile name or a generic penguin name, not your Google email address. The website and game service use Cloudflare for hosting, traffic delivery, and security; Cloudflare may process IP addresses and network details. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit and performance measurements.
Choices and requests
Sign-in is optional. You may avoid account-linked features and choose what information to send in a support message. For access, correction, or deletion requests about a browser account, email ninjaconsultingllc@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Do not email passwords, account tokens, or payment details.
We keep account-linked game records while needed to provide the account and resolve requests; specific deletion and provider-retention outcomes depend on the record and applicable obligations. Routine support email is kept while a request is open and deleted from our active mailbox within 90 days after resolution, except for limited legal, fraud, or security needs. Provider backups and security records may persist under provider practices; we cannot promise a fixed deletion date for those copies.
Sharing and security
We use Clerk for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and game data, and Google when you choose Google sign-in or email us through Gmail. We do not sell your personal information. HTTPS protects service requests in transit, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
